Conditions of Booking and Tenancy
1. Bookings can only be accepted from persons over 21 and sub-letting or transfer of Letting will not be permitted without Special Treatment.
2. Bookings will only be accepted from COUPLES or FAMILIES. Under 21's are NOT to stay in the Villa overnight without supervision i.e. Parents are not to go away for a night or two leaving teenagers alone in Villa
3. Only persons listed on the Booking Form will be entitled to use any of the facilities, unless prior permission is obtained.
4. Reservations commence at 2 p.m. on the day of arrival (normally a Saturday) and the Villa must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
5. The villa must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
6. All breakage’s and damage MUST be replaced or paid for. Any such occurrences must be reported as soon, as is practical.
7. Occupants of the Villa must not cause Nuisance to other Residents in the area and the Villa Management Personnel. Therefore, all music, radios, T.V's and other NOISES must be kept to a reasonable level and no excessive noise of any kind should occur after 10.30 p.m.
8. Any persons using or visiting the villa and its facilities must not damage or misuse any of the villa’s property, structure, plants etc..
9. If any serious or persistent acts of misconduct occur you may be asked to vacate the property immediately without the return of any rental money.
10. The proprietors accept NO RESPONSIBILITY or LIABILITY for personal injury sustained on the premises, nor loss of, or any damage to, personal property brought into the Property.
11. The use of the all the Villa’s Facilities, including the Swimming Pool and BBQ, is entirely at your own risk and the proprietors take no responsibility over their suitability for use.
12. Pets are NOT generally allowed in the Villa.
13. Bookings can be reserved by phone or e-mail but the completed Booking Form must be received within TWO WORKING DAYS. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required with the completed Booking Form.
The balance is to be paid at least 6 weeks prior to arrival.
14. A Security / Service Bond of £200.00 is required 3 weeks prior to the tenancy. This will only be used to cover any costs involved in replacing or repairing any items damaged or lost during your tenancy period or any excessive or unusual cleaning. Any claims in excess of the Bond will be liable for payment by the person reponsible for renting the Villa. Note: in four years of operating holiday flats in Newquay we have only once withheld a portion of the bond and that was for ‘unusual’ cleaning. The bond will be returned within three weeks of your departure.
15. Written receipts will be issued for all payments.
16. Should it be necessary to cancel the Holiday Booking you will be responsible for the full cost, unless we can re-let the property. If we are able to re-let the villa the deposit is not refundable. We would advise that you take out Holiday Insurance - details are available on request.
17. One set of Bed Linen is supplied each week. Towels and Tea Towels are changed twice a week..
18. We DO NOT supply any Beach or Pool Towels. The towels provided must not be taken off the premises
19. The person booking the accommodation is responsible for all the costs involved in replacing or repairing any damage or loses which occur during their rental period. This includes travel, labour and legal expenses.
20. Glasses are not to be taken to the pool area as any broken glass could be difficult to see and cause injury. Plastic ‘Glasses’ are provided please use them.
21. If a cot or high chair is required (subject to an extra charge) please let us know at the time of booking. Cot linen will not be supplied.
22. The contact is made in terms of the above conditions, which are governed by English law and both parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
